1. The agreement
A Terms of Use is an agreement that a user must accept and abide by in order to use a website or service. For example, when ordering a product, you as the buyer must accept the terms of use. By accepting the terms of use, you also agree to the return and refund policy site on our site. The customer accepts the use automatically by interacting on the website or buying something.

3. Prices
Sazai has recently been registered in the VAT register. This means that customers from Norway must pay VAT in addition to the product price and shipping. Customers outside Norway do not pay VAT. The total amount to be paid for customers in Norway is: VAT, product price and shipping price. The total amount to be paid for customers outside Norway is: Product price and shipping price. The buyer shall not bear additional costs that the seller has not informed about in advance.
In case of customs / tax, the buyer is responsible for paying this and checking the rules for this for his place of residence / delivery. All packages sent outside Norway must be paid customs by the customer. We are not responsible for any customs costs that may arise outside Norway.
4. The conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer's order is received by the seller.
However, some are not bound by the agreement if there have been typing or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other has realized or should have realized that there was an error.
5. Order confirmation
The buyer first receives a "thank you for the order" confirmation that the order has been placed, and then information when the package has been sent. the buyer receives an email or message from the delivery company when the package is delivered. It is recommended that the buyer checks that the order confirmation matches the order with regard to quantity, product type, etc. If there is no correspondence between the order and the order confirmation, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible.
6. Payment
The customer must pay for both product price and shipping in advance before the package is sent. If the package is sent back to the seller caused by an attempt at delivery to the recipient / buyer with responsibility by the buyer, the shipping price is something the buyer is responsible for if the buyer wants the package to be sent back again. Sazai does not pay for taxes and / or other payments for packages on board, and this is the customer's responsibility to follow the national rules.
7. Delivery etc.
Delivery has taken place when the customer or buyer has received their order. If the delivery time does not specify order solutions, the sellers must deliver to the buyer without invalid stay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The item must be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

If the package was attempted delivered, but refused by the customer, this responsibility lies with the customer. If this happens, sazai has no responsibility (since it is beyond our control) to pay for the shipping if the package is sent back to Sazai and the customer wants delivery. We help check if the address is correct and contact the shipping company.
8. The risk of the item
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when he, or his representative, has had the goods delivered.
9. Right of withdrawal
When it comes to regretting purchases, Sazai follows the "right of withdrawal law" which applies to all EU countries.
You have Right of Withdrawal when:
The purchase has been made over the internet or by telephone (and businesses have arranged for the sale to take place that way).Or the purchase took place at home, on the street or at a stand - and you shopped for over 300 kroner/NOK.
When does it apply?
You have two weeks (14 days) to report to us, and the countdown begins when you have received the item and all information. Send or deliver the item to the seller (Sazai) within 14 days after you reported that you regretted it.
When will I receive refund?
Sazai sends back the money to the customer (refund the money) when we receive the regretted package. Have in mind that It can take some few days from the day Sazai sends refund to when the amount is visible on your bank account.
Who pays the freight back?
The seller (Sazai) cannot charge a fee for you to regret your purchase. You are entitled to a refund of all the money you have paid, but it is you who must pay the return, as long as you were notified in advance, or you have not agreed otherwise.
Customer pays freight back if the purchase was regretted.
10. Examination of the item
When the buyer receives the item, it is recommended that he or she reasonably checks whether it is in accordance with the order, whether it has been damaged in transit or whether it is otherwise defective.
If the item does not match the order or has defects, the buyer must notify the seller in the event of a complaint, cf. clause 11 of the contract.
11. Complaint in case of defect and deadline for reporting claims in case of delay
If there is a defect in the item, it must be purchased within a reasonable time after he or she discovered it, give the seller (sazai) an email stating that he or she will invoke the defect.
The deadline can never be shorter than to months from the time the consumer discovered the defect. Complaints must still be submitted no later than one year after the buyer took over the item. If the object or parts of it are intended to be significantly longer, the appeal period is thus five years.
Delay: In the event of a delay, claims must be made to the seller within a reasonable time after the delivery time has arrived and the item has not been delivered.
If the item is paid for by credit card, the buyer can also choose to advertise and send claims directly to the credit card company. This must be informed in writing to the seller by e-mail.
12. Buyer's rights in case of delay
If the seller does not deliver the package / item or too late in accordance with the agreement between the parties, (and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side), the buyer may, according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act chapter 5, withhold the purchase price. agreement and claim compensation from the seller. FULFILLED
The buyer can maintain the purchase and demand fulfillment from the seller. However, the buyer can not demand fulfillment if there is an obstacle that the seller can not overcome, or if fulfillment will entail such a great inconvenience or cost for the seller that it is significantly disproportionate to the buyer's interest in the seller fulfilling. Should the difficulties disappear within a reasonable time, the buyer can still demand fulfillment.
The buyer loses his right to demand fulfillment if he or she waits unreasonably long to advance the claim.
RAISING
If the seller does not deliver the item at the time of delivery, the buyer shall encourage the seller to deliver within a reasonable additional deadline for fulfillment. If the seller does not deliver the item within the additional deadline, the buyer can cancel the purchase.
However, the buyer can cancel the purchase immediately if the seller refuses to deliver the item. The same applies if delivery at the agreed time was decisive for the conclusion of the agreement, or if the buyer has informed the seller that the time of delivery is decisive.
If the item is delivered after the additional deadline set by the consumer or after the time of delivery that was decisive for the conclusion of the agreement, the claim for cancellation must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer became aware of the delivery.
REPLACEMENT
The buyer can claim compensation for a small loss as a result of the delay. However, this does not apply if the seller proves that the delay is due to an obstacle beyond the seller's control which could not reasonably have been taken into account at the time of the agreement, avoided, or overcome the consequences of.
13. Buyer's rights in the event of a defect
If there is a defect in the item, the buyer must within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will invoke the defect. The buyer has always complained in time if it happens within 2 months. from the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the item. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.
If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and re-delivery, demand price reduction, demand termination of the agreement and / the seller. Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.
CORRECTION OR RE-DELIVERY
The buyer can choose between claiming the defect or correcting the delivery of similar items. The seller may nevertheless oppose the buyer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or the seller causes unreasonable costs. Correction or re-delivery must be made within a reasonable time. The seller is in principle not entitled to make more than two remedial attempts for the same defect.
PRICE DISCOUNT
The buyer can demand a suitable price reduction if the item is not corrected or returned. This means that the ratio between reduced and agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the item in defective and contractual condition. If there are special reasons for it, the price reduction can instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.
RAISING
If the item has not been repaired or returned, the buyer can also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.
14. The seller's rights in the event of the buyer's default
If the buyer does not pay or fulfill the other obligations under the agreement or the law, and this is not due to the seller or conditions on the seller's part, the seller may, according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act chapter 9, withhold the item, demand fulfillment of the agreement, demand termination of the agreement and claim compensation from the buyer. The seller will also be able to claim interest in the event of late payment, collection fee and a reasonable fee for uncollected goods, depending on the circumstances.
FULFILLMENT
The seller can maintain the purchase and demand that the buyer pay the purchase price. If the item is not delivered, the seller loses his right if he waits unreasonably long to advance the claim.
RAISING
The seller may terminate the agreement if there is a material default or other material default on the part of the buyer. The seller can still not withdraw if the entire purchase price has been paid. If the seller sets a reasonable additional deadline for fulfillment and the buyer does not pay within this deadline, the seller can cancel the purchase.
INTEREST ON DELAYED PAYMENT / COLLECTION FEE
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price in accordance with the agreement, the seller may demand interest on the purchase price in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act. In the event of non-payment, the claim can, after prior notice, be sent to the Buyer can then be held liable for fees under the Debt Collection Act.
FEES FOR COLLECTED NON-ADVANCE PAYED ITEMS
If the buyer fails to collect unpaid goods, the seller may charge the buyer a fee. The fee shall cover a maximum of the seller's actual expenses for delivering the goods to the buyer. Such a fee can not be charged to buyers under 18 years of age.
15. Warranty
Warranty given by the seller or manufacturer gives the buyer rights in addition to those the buyer already has under mandatory legislation. A guarantee thus does not imply any restrictions on the buyer's right to complaint and claims in the event of delay or defects pursuant to items 12 and 13.
16. Personal information
The person responsible for processing collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to implement the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.
17. Conflict resolution
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 12 and 13. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
18. Maximum time to ship out order (sazai)
Sazai must send the order within 1 week as the maximum time. Normally sazai sends the order the same day as the order is placed. We have a maximum limit if delays or otherwise occur and to guarantee that the package is sent within a certain time. This applies if no other information is provided for the customer / buyer.
