SHIPPING TIME
- Norway: 2-6 days
- North: 4–7 days (depends on what country)
Europe: 4–9 days (depends on what country)
US: 4–8 days
China: 5–12 days
Rest of the world: 5–12 days
PACKAGES IN NORWAY:
Packages sent domestically (Within Norway) are sent with either Helthjem or Posten.no . Sazai will send you tracking numbers and pickup information, when available. Price of shipping depends on weight and package size. Delivery time varies depending on where in the country you live.

It often takes around 2-6 days before you receive your package (shipping time). Please note that processing time before shipping may take 0-3 days.

TRACKING: You will receive the tracking number when avalible. The tracking number to your package, will be sent from sazai´s email to your email. If the package is sent with Helthjem, will you be able to see how far the package is on its way. You will also receive a email from Helthjem about your package delivery. You can also track your package on our website.
WORLD WIDE SHIPPING:
Worldwide shipping time varies a lot but the normal time for shipping should be around 1-3 weeks (normally 2 weeks). Shipping time and information will be available for customer when the information is available for Sazai. Sazai will send the tracking number to customers package when available. It is important that you check the VAT and customs for your country and that you are available on mail.

You have to pay the amount of TAXES/customs for your package yourself, and most of the time you will receive the link to the payment through the suppliers company on mail. Sazai is not responsible for this and the customer must pay that amount.

If there is any trouble with the delivery (for example that the package was sent back to me and not delivered):

If the package was attempted to be delivered but there was something wrong with the address, or the person not being home) and the package is being sent back to me:

Customs and TAX
You must check the rules for Tax and customs for your country if you live abroad (not Norway). (This do not apply to orders in Norway). Sazai send packages abroad TAX-free, which means that the customer must pay for customs/taxes themselves. Therefore, it is important that you as a customer check these rules for your country in advance before ordering. You can use an import calculator for your country, which calculates the costs of customs and Taxes yourself. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur outside Norway.
We apologize for the high shipping and customs + Taxes costs for our website, this is something we are trying to get a better solution for, but it is challenging since we are a small company.
