If the customer REGRETS the order/purchase (Right of Withdrawal), the customer itself must pay the freight back. If customer receives: wrong size, damaged product, wrong color etc: Sazai is the one that pays for the freight back. 

You have two weeks (14 days) to report to us, and the countdown begins when you have received the item and all information. Send or deliver the item to the seller (Sazai) within 14 days after you reported that you regretted it.

 

NORWAY

If you want to return a product:

  1. Make sure your item meets the standard criteria: check here. Send a return request by clicking here.
  2. Send package from your mailbox. Sazai orders the shipping for the package from your mailbox if the package you have received either has: the wrong size, color or has a defect or damage; (Sazai pay for the freight back).
    Thus, if you regret the order, it is you who pays for the shipping back and must therefore also order the shipping/sending for the package yourself.
  3. If you are the one that have to order the shipping, follow these steps AFTER we have accepted your return:
  4. Go to Helthjem.no, click on "sende pakke" and then "medium/80 kr". Fill in the information and pay for the freight. Then place the package in your mailbox at the time you decided. 
  5. When we receive the package, we will send you either the refund or the new product that was agreed in advance.

 

PACKAGES OUTSIDE NORWAY

If you want to return a product:

  4. Go to Posten.no or another delivery company that ships to Norway. Click on "send package". Fill in the information and pay for the freight. 
  5. When we receive the package, we will send you either the refund or the new product that was agreed in advance.
