Some of the clothes were designed by the owner of Sazai, and some designs were purchased for graphic designers. The production of the clothes is done by different manufacturers based on the type of clothes it is.

Sazai has one handmade product which is the rhinestone spider cap where both the production and the design are made by the owner. Going forward, sazai will focus on self-designing most of the clothes. 

Sazai is NOT a drop-shipping brand. The clothes Sazai sells is stored in the owners office; in this way we always check each clothing for possible production damage or similar. The owner puts in a lot of time, effort and love into each package. 

Making and selling clothes that have a cool design and incredible quality is something we have a high focus on. Almost every product we sell are 100% cotton or French terry. The "Shooting star full zip" for example has a super soft fur inside the hoodie (and 95% cotton), to create a super comfertable feeling when you wear it.

Sazai has manufactures that has the labeling for product safety and sustainable production in the textile industry, which is: Oeko-Tex®. Products labeled with Oeko-tex must not contain allergenic dyes or carcinogenic dyes. 

We mostly use 100% materials, which is easyer to recycle. We also do make the best quality imaginable in order for the garment to last as long as possible. Forward we focus on ways we can become a more eco-friendly brand. 

Yes, you as a customer have the right to withdraw, but you also have some requirements for the right of withdrawal to apply. You have two weeks (14 days) to report to us, and the countdown starts when you have received the item and all information. Read more about this here: Refund Policy

Shipping in Norway usually takes 2-7 days, and shipping outside Norway is around 1-3 weeks. We normally send the package the same day as the order is placed.

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track the package on the shipping company's website itself. For Norway: Helthjem.no and outside norway: Posten.no

Sazai has an maximum time to ship out the order on 1 week. Which means that sazai must ship out the package 7 days from the order is placed. Normally the package is shipped the same day as the order is placed or within 2 days.
